Orders are fulfilled either directly by Cult to Culture or through selected third-party print and fulfilment partners.
Dispatch times may vary depending on product type, availability and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided where possible but are not guaranteed.
Customers will receive confirmation once orders have been processed and dispatched.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cult to Culture is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or circumstances outside of our control.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some publications and products are produced and fulfilled through print-on-demand and external manufacturing partners.
As a result:
packaging and dispatch locations may vary
delivery times may differ between products
certain items may be shipped separately
Returns
Due to the limited, archival and print-on-demand nature of many products, returns are generally not accepted unless items are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact:
within 14 days of delivery and include:
your order number
photographs of the item and packaging
a description of the issue
Where appropriate, replacement items or refunds may be offered.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If an order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the fulfilment or shipping provider where possible.
